Geen terug toets bij het typen van een sms
Twee keer een toestel toegestuurd gekregen, beiden hadden problemen. Eerste toestel crashede regelmaatig, tweede toestel had toetsen die soms niet reageerde. En er zijn wel een aantal aanmerkingen op dit toestel, ontwerpt keuzes die niet handig zijn.

Hij loopt steeds vast dan moet de batterij eruit en opnieuw opstarten
Het kan een pech model zijn. Ik ga een zelfde bestellen want verder is hij echt fantastisch!

Wij hebben dit toestel gekocht voor onze ouders. Helaas werkt het toestel verre van intuïtief en loopt ook met regelmaat vast. Geen aanrader!

Volume knop aan zijkant, wordt makkelijk per ongeluk gebruikt

Niet overzichtelijk voor senioren
Is voor senior gekocht, maar is te complex om te gebruiken. Toetsen worden per ongeluk gebruikt waardoor bijv tel op stil komt te staan, of de mude knop tijdens bellen ingedrukt. Onduidelijk wanneer gemiste oproepen waren.

Groot scherm en toetsen maar loopt regelmatig geheel vast. Moet je hem helemaal open maken en batterij er uit halen en weer in doen OF leeg laten lopen voordat je hem weer kan gebruiken.
